Steph has over ten years experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach specialising in the fields of leadership & management development, performance management, colleague engagement and cultural change. Clients range from both the public and private sector including financial services, engineering, manufacturing, retail and the arts. In addition Steph specialises in the areas of personal impact, personal branding and advanced presentation skills.
Steph has significant experience of delivering key projects in large organisations. She has designed and delivered a cultural change programme and an ILM endorsed Management Development programme for the UK’s biggest home shopping group. Steph has delivered to audiences of up to 200 on a variety of topics including leadership, employee passion and team working.
Steph’s coaching has helped many people maximise their potential through identifying clear goals, understanding the root cause to problems and then committing to quality actions. Steph is a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Team Management System Development Indicator (TMSDI). She has extensive experience in using profiling tools alongside coaching projects. Steph has worked with numerous senior managers enabling them to develop their self-confidence and personal profile.
Steph worked for several years as Group Leadership & Management Development Consultant at Shop Direct Group. Here she established a comprehensive Management Development offer across the Group, contributing to increased sales growth, reduced costs and improved colleague engagement. Steph also took a lead role in the design and implementation of a market leading senior manager induction programme. Prior to this she worked as an Operational Manager for Marks & Spencer Money, spending her last year there in training & development.
